Visores Limited is an independent Chartered Building Surveying Company. We are based close to Oxford and provide services covering Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and London.

Our staff are professional, qualified (Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS) and experienced with focus on efficiency to deliver a service which is timely and of high quality, ultimately to retain business.

Our ‘Unique Selling Point’ is our positive relationship with clients and our speed of delivery.  We aim to carry out site visits/inspections as soon as practicable upon instruction then report/update clients within 12 hours of our visit.  In relation to professional reports and pre-acquisition surveys we aim to release our reports within 48 hours of a site inspection.

Visores Limited is predominantly a Residential based practice but we also carry out Commercial work.
